The amount of filler patients can receive will vary from patient to patient due to penis size differences and the elasticity of their skin. Dr. Wakil has found the optimal range to ensure patient safety and satisfaction to be around 10 – 15 ml of filler, yet some patients can take up to 50 ml based on their size.
This should increase the thickness of the penis by 10 – 15%. Unless a patient has a large penis, they should not have more than 20 ml of filler at once and it is always better to take less at first. This will save a patient time and money from having to dissolve excessive filler.
