When using filler, hyaluronic acid PCL-based fillers are proven to be most effective. They are applied at specific points along the shaft of the penis or at the head (glans), using a fine needle. They are very effective when increasing girth, producing a slight change in length.
Fat grafting requires fatty tissue to be harvested from another area of the body, such as the stomach or thighs, so it can be inserted into the penis at locations around the penile shaft.

How does it work?
Penoplasty using filler, fat or a combination of both can increase the shape and size of the penis by adding volume along the shaft and / or head of the penis.

This method of penile augmentation is less invasive than some other procedures, but it may still cause some discomfort. We use a local anaesthetic to eliminate any pain.
When using filler, the procedure may only take around 30 minutes. Fat grafting often takes a little longer as it involves harvesting the fat before it is prepared and inserted into the penis. However, this is still a relatively quick procedure that may take around 60 minutes to perform.
Most side effects, including any sensitivity, will have eased quite significantly within a few days. You may wish to continue to take things easy for 1 or two weeks, but you should be able to return to work within 1 week.
Fillers often produce an instant result that continues to develop for a couple of weeks as the tissues benefit from increased hydration. Fat grafting may take several weeks to become apparent as some time will need to be allowed for any fat to be reabsorbed into the body (we expect this to be around 30%). The final result should see an improvement in both the length and width of the penis (up to 2 cm).
