How does it work?
Polynucleotides are highly-purified DNA molecules extracted from fish. When we inject them into the skin, they reach the cells called fibroblasts. These cells are responsible for the formation of connective tissue through their ability to produce collagen, which helps maintain skin’s firm structure.
As we age, collagen production declines, which is why our skin gets saggy and more wrinkled. Polynucleotides have the ability to stimulate the fibroblasts to produce more collagen, leading to firmer, smoother skin.

Polynucleotides are a range of injectable products designed to regenerate skin from within. They contain polynucleotides, which are clinically-proven to stimulate collagen production and improve elasticity as well as hydration.
Before you undergo treatment with Polynucleotides, your practitioner will cleanse the skin to remove any dirt and debris. They may then apply a numbing cream or cool compress to reduce pain before administering multiple injections across the treatment area.
For best results, we advise three to four treatments spaced three weeks apart. For hair treatment, 8 to 10 sessions are recommended.
Following treatment with polynucleotides you can expect your skin to be firmer, smoother and more radiant. You’ll notice a more even skin tone that looks younger and fresher!
It takes time for the collagen to get to work, so you can expect to see initial results three weeks after your first treatment. Best results will be noticeable after you’ve completed your course of treatments and will last six to nine months.
As with any injection, you can expect your skin to be slightly red and swollen immediately after the procedure. You may experience pin-prick bleeding and some itchiness, but it’s important to avoid touching the treated area for at least 12 hours.
