CHEEK AUGMENTATION OVERVIEW

High cheekbones and full cheeks are associated with youth and beauty however as we age the fat in our faces slides and we loose plumpness and volume causing the cheeks to look flatter and sunken. Dermal fillers can be used for Cheek Augmentation to add volume to the cheeks and restore their youthful appearance.

FAQs

Dermal fillers are injected into the cheek to restore lost volume and contour and shape the face. The dermal fillers we use are made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance and is highly biocompatible and biodegradable, which means it is naturally absorbed by the body over time.
If you lack volume and definition in your cheeks or have lost it over time then cheek augmentation might be suitable for you. This procedure offers a suitable alternative to surgical cheek and chin implants. It is primarily indicated for:

  • Those with flat cheekbones or who have lost volume in the area with age
  • Those who have always had a ‘weak’ or under-developed chin.
